Refund policy

1. Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with tags intact. Customized items, including tailored or altered gowns, are not eligible for returns.
• Time Frame: Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns.

2. Refunds

• Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing tags, or that are not in original condition).

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or personalized items, such as custom bridal gowns, blouses, or altered lehengas, are not eligible for refunds.
 • Sale items are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

• Cost: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
